The Real Nutrition Recipe Guide

This book includes 30 nourishing family friendly recipes that include the calorie and macronutrient breakdown. You don’t need to track your calories, but this can help you highlight options that are lower calorie or higher protein! It can inspire more homecooked meals by taking the decision making out of the equation. Maybe challenge yourself to try one new breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the guide each week!

The Real Nutrition Training Guide

Jayne worked with top coach Adroit fit to put together this easy-to-follow strength training guide. It can be used at home or in the gym with or without equipment. Please check with your doctor if you have any conditions or injuries that may impact embarking on strength training. This is not an essential part of the challenge; it is a bonus for anyone who would like to introduce some resistance training to their weekly movement and needs some guidance and inspiration.
